Next we prepare a phased approach proposal to lean deployment and identify lean tools to be utilized.  Typical start point is an in-depth Value Stream Mapping exercise conducted with your team to identify where the flow stops and opportunities exist followed up with roadmap for improvements

implementation & coaching

 After agreement on steps to be taken our consultants can work hand in hand with your teams to support the implementation roadmap, provide continuous coaching & guidance including hands on training on relevant lean topics.
